Text Box: Sabbath, December 10th, 2005, saw our first area wide church worship service. About three hundred precious souls from both Florida Conference and South Eastern Conference churches in the North Florida district met at Camp Kulaqua for what can only be described as a wonderful Spirit filled day. From dynamic preaching to inspiring concerts there was something for everyone. Even the children blessed and were blessed with their afternoon program depicting the birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
The presented an inspiring program to end the day. Afterwards abouty seventy-five braved the cool Kulaqua air and lined up for a hayride. Stories and bonfires and hot apple cider later the day came to close with high accolades and many requests to “do this again.”
And, so, at 3 p.m. on January 8th, at Kulaqua, pastors Crawford, Wells, and White have invited your church board to join us as we plan future area wide events.
If your church did not participate on December 10th, you certainly missed some awesome blessings. Ask your pastor and church board to attend this January 8th meeting at Camp Kulaqua. See you there!
	         				   Pastor Brendan.

Text Box: Praise and Worship Festival a Huge Success

What could we accomplish in ten days? For four young Hebrews, it changed the course of history. Ten days changed them from abused captives to mighty conquerors. Ten days changed their health, their outlook and their reputation. They became mentally alert, passed their physicals with flying colors and became fine-tuned spiritual giants. They tried a different lifestyle for ten days and came out on top!

What would happen if we took ten days of total focus on God-ten days praying for the Holy Spirit to invade our lives, our church, and our church's ministry-ten days to leave all else on the back burner and focus on God's agenda with an emphasis on prayer?

What will ten days do for us? God says that some things do not happen without fasting and prayer. (Matthew 17:21) What if we take ten days of prayer and Bible study, abstaining from the media and unwholesome food? What if we take ten days seeking the LORD, asking for the outpouring of the HOLY SPIRIT?

Queen Esther took three days and saved her people from a holocaust. What if we took TEN? What could God do with us and for us and for our church if we took TEN DAYS?

Think about it. Pray about it. Heaven is waiting. Ten Days in January. Jot down Jan. 2-11, 2006 on your calendar. Make the effort, make a difference. Watch God work and remember, God never disappoints.
