   Many nations, including Jamaica, Guyana, Ireland, Trinidad, as well as our own USA were represented at International Day, May 15th. Prizes were given during the program, including hand made afghans (by Malissia Woods). One was presented  to Joseph Bowles (Macedonia Church) for his stirring rendition of the Banana Man. A fun time was had by all and new friends were made.

             What better way to enjoy a warm day in August than by participating in Evangelism. No, not door to door work; not even distributing literature; but, by winding away the hours in Camp Kulaqua’s wave pool or snoozing your way down lazy river. But pastor, you said evangelism? The Lake City and High Springs churches are spear-heading a unique approach to evangelism. We are working together in planning a day where our members can invite their non-Adventist friends to a relaxing, enjoyable day at Kulaqua’s River Ranch—totally free of charge to you and your guest (you must invite a non-Adventist guest to gain free admittance). It is our hope to involve all local area Adventist churches who will split the minimal cost of renting the park for the day, so we can introduce our friends and neighbors to our respective church families. “Goody bags” stuffed with interesting gifts—Steps to Christ:; Who are Seventh-Day Adventists; Panorama of Prophecy; Final Events DVD; and many other items,  will be given to each

Sabbath, June 18th, Pastor White will introduce “The Dilemma Series of Sermons.” Topics include; The Dilemma of a Justification Alone Salvation; The Dilemma of Unconditionality; The Dilemma of Predestination; The Dilemma of the Antichrist; The Dilemma of Futurism; The Dilemma of the “in-Christ” motif; and more.  This series is scheduled to run June, July, and August.
